iceowl-l10n-ja software package provides Japanese language package for iceowl-extension, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iceowl-l10n-ja
iceowl-l10n-ja is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iceowl-l10n-ja package were installed using the commands given below,
